Paula Cittadella
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Paula is a Bundaberg local who is married with two beautiful girls. Before joining SEQ Advice, Paula held several senior banking roles with a publicly listed institution, bringing a wealth of experience to the business, managing all aspects of the practice including quality assurance, workflow, and staff training.
Paula works closely with our advisers, paraplanners, insurers and fund managers. Her in-depth understanding of industry processes, financial products and client needs are a major benefit to SEQ’s advisers and clients, ensuring that our service is of the highest quality.
In Paula’s spare time she enjoys catching up with family and friends, going to the gym and relaxing at the beach.
Shay-Lee Barrett
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Shay-Lee commenced her career in financial services in 2002 and has developed a wealth of knowledge during various roles including Stockbroking, Paraplanning, Advice Research and Advice Construction.
Shay-Lee completed both her Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and is vastly experienced in the Financial Planning industry. Shay-Lee collaborates closely with SEQ’s Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to ensure our advice is the most comprehensive and of the highest quality, resulting in the best outcomes for our clients.
Outside of work, Shay-Lee enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Sarah Cassidy
ASSOCIATE
Sarah was locally raised, married with two children and has over 16 years’ experience with a major financial institution. Sarah’s vast knowledge of financial processes is a great asset to SEQ’s clients and team, complimented by her strong focus on team support.
Sarah prides herself on providing exceptional customer service and believes this begins with supporting each other as a team.
Carolyn Stanley
ASSOCIATE
Carolyn joined SEQ Advice in 2019 equipped with over 15 years’ experience in the financial planning industry and has developed a wealth of industry knowledge over that time.
Having spent time in London and Hong Kong in various roles, Carolyn has also worked as a Financial Planning Assistant locally and prior to that, in a leading Sydney-based Portfolio Management firm. Carolyn’s professional experience is supported by a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma of Financial Planning.
Carolyn prepares annual review documents and reports ensuring that our clients financial plans continue to do what the advice was designed to, whilst adhering to compliance and legislative requirements. Carolyn also audits our advice implementations to assure accuracy and completeness and assists the team with her vast knowledge and friendly outgoing nature.
Michelle Hill
CLIENT SERVICES
Michelle has lived in Bundaberg for most of her life and loves spending time with her family, three children and granddaughter.
Her past experience as Credit Analyst in the Banking Industry combined with her caring approach towards our clients makes Michelle an invaluable ingredient of SEQ’s success.
Michelle is responsible for all facets of the advice process, from research to implementation and aids in client’s annual reviews.
Lisa Beimers
FINANCE & PAYROLL
Lisa was born and bred in Bundaberg and is married to Bill. She has developed years of valuable experience in her past administrative and business roles, including operating her own successful business. Lisa is responsible for the corporate and financial aspects of SEQ Advice and plays an active role in the culture and direction of the Company.
Lisa loves to travel. values her family and spending time with friends and enjoys involvement with community support.
Kassie Pyke
CLIENT SERVICES
Kassie is a Bundaberg born and bred local, who is married with three children. Previously working in the banking industry for over 18 years with a local financial institution, Kassie brings a wealth of experience in financial services to SEQ advice.
With her valuable skill sets, attention to detail and a strong team work ethic, Kassie looks forward to helping/assisting our team and clients.
In Kassie’s spare time she enjoys spending time with family, playing hockey, and going camping.
Shirley Galea
CLIENT SERVICES – SOCIAL SECURITY
Shirley is a long-term Bundaberg district resident who enjoys life with her husband on their small acreage in the bush. She loves traveling and spending time with their three boys and the grandchildren.
Shirley has 23 years’ experience working with Services Australia. She enjoys meeting clients and guiding them though the complex Centrelink payments and services system.
